I will look to build, and acquire, trust between my coaches and teammates to give us the best opportunity to learn and interact. I will respect the decisions of my coaches and the club based on that trust. I will always do my best for myself and others.

I agree to pay Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Club the full amount due for the given program. I understand that once this form is signed and agreed upon, the program is non-refundable under most circumstances. In special circumstances, refunds can be given at the club’s discretion. The club has the right to terminate a player from the program without refund if the player is causing harm to the club, it’s members, coaches, and/or staff. I agree to the payment plan below:
